We're looking for volunteers to provide treats and hand out at the event. If you're interested, please sign up here.
We're asking our volunteers to plan for roughly 400 children, and are welcome to include their business cards or flyers to promote themselves.
Volunteers will also be asked to decorate their vehicles to be used as their designated treat station.
Setup will begin at 11:30 AM in the parking lot. We ask that all volunteers be in place and decorated by 12:30.
No specific requirements as to the treats you provide. You can provide snacks, candy, or non-food items like fidget toys, stickers, etc. And you are welcome to attach your business cards and/or flyers.
P.S. ~ We do recommend non-peanuts or allergy friendly items if possible.
